Nature of duty :- Production Planning, Troubleshooting in Plastic Processing, Production Planning,
Manpower Management.
* Raw materials planning, materials formulation for film extrusion process based on application and client
needs.
* Preparation of Bill of Materials such as raw materials, accessories and consumables.
* Preparation of Production orders and on-line product quality checklist.
* Troubleshooting of plastic processing in 4 line packaging process and reduction of cut-off through
preventive maintenance.
* Taking Production trails for new product development based on trail & error methodology.
* Prepare, maintain and routine checking of Process parameters in film extrusion through process checklist.
* Achieve the Target output in production and reduction of wastage by reducing the downtime.
* Reduction of downtime by preventive maintenance and routine checking in regular manner.
* Quality Check through mechanical tests such Tensile, Dart-Impact, MFI as per ASTM standard
Coordinate with production for new product development and processing Improvement
in polymer Composites.
• Make tailor made Fibre-reinforced composites for various applications such substrate materials for
pultrusion, sheet molding compound and composite manufacturing processes.
• Quality Analysis of polymer raw materials using FTIR Spectroscopy, Pycnometer.
• Lead the project and discussion with clients in the project management.
• Selection of polymer resin such as epoxy, polyester resins to the reinforcement based on requirement.
