1. Performed Aviation Operations as Flight Engineer and flown about 1500 hrs on Mi 17 helicopters.
2. Since Aug’ 86 with Indian Air Force, possessing in-depth expertise in operations & maintenance of Aircraft/Aero Engine/ Helicopter and its Systems. Experienced in setting up MRO facilities and overhauling of Helicopter, Systems and Aero engine. Also worked as Flight Engineer onboard helicopter.

Worked at Indian Air Force as Commissioned Officer for 28 years in various junior, middle and senior level management roles (before separation on 31 May 2014) in the following areas:
• As Wing Commander Commanded a Training Establishment imparting Technical Training to Officers and ORs of all the three services and Coast Guard.
• Planning and execution of Maintenance plans to ensure max serviceability of complex and sophisticated Aircraft and Helicopter systems.
• Overhauling of Aero Engines involving high level skills and metrology and indigenization of many components and processes to ensure product is of highest Quality.
• Ensure effective technical administration and utilization of all available resources to reduce downtime of helicopter fleet/assets, running into several Crores.
• Committed to ensure Organisation goals are met with great precision and accuracy.
• Worked as an Instructor for Technical subjects and experienced in imparting Technical Training to Officers and ORs(identifying and designing the training needs of the Organisation, and was also involved in Curriculum planning and execution).
