Same time working on, large account clients, central purchasing companies and small and medium-sized customers (grocers, retailers, supermarkets, minimarket, etc.), I was entrusted with the simultaneous management of several and complex tasks.
As a part of the leading team, I take part in decision-making with various tools such as sales reports, dashboards, analysis and synthesis reports.
With the aim of succeeding my role of manager and application of commercial and marketing strategies for company, my main tasks are summarized in;

FMCG:
- Accompany merchandizers in their daily functions of customer visits, loading of the shelves, forcing (to force the orders with the heads department and department stores), control of facing, lines control etc.
- On-site intervention during conflicts and sales problems e.g.; Correction of deviations inventories to resume the systematic launch of store orders. (Carrefour and Monoprix)
