D) Supervisor in quality control, Raw Material (chemical laboratory) in Obeikan Glass Company"OGC" under license of Fives Stein France Technology Obekan Investment in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 21-7-2010 up to now.
1- Attendance all training period of fives stein
2-Inspect quality of Raw Materials (silica sand, Soda Ash, Dolomite, Carbon lime stone, Feldspar, Salt cake, Iron Oxide)
3-Tested Raw materials physical and chemical analysis.
4- Tested grain size of raw materials by sieve analysis
5- Tested moisture of raw material.
6- Tested chemical composition of Raw materials by XRF machine and Weight analysis
7- Tested all tests of Batch (homogeneity, acid solubility, water solubility)
8- Tested all tests of Water Analysis (pH, EC, TDS, TSS, Hardness, CL %)
9-Ability to run a lot of instruments same as (XRF-Flame photometer-press machine-mill machine-Density comparator).
10-Monitoring and Receiving Raw materials and Batch House operation.
11-Visited a lot of mining areas to found Raw materials.
❖ C) Chemist in Quality Assurance lab in Emirates Float Glass" EFG" under license of PPG USA Technology " Dubai Investment Group" in United Arab Emirates from 22-6-2008 to 6-6-2010.
❖ 1- Attendance all training period of PPG.
❖ 2- Inspect the quality of glass product (Ream-Zebra-Thickness-Surface)
❖ 3-Analysis the defect in glass and detected the source of defects.
❖ 4-Done all tests of color glass and coating glass.
❖ 5- Receive the customers complain and work to solve it.
❖ 6-Arrange all documents and certificates in laboratory (FOR ISO SYSTEM)
❖ 7-Ability to run a lot of instruments same as ( ISRA-Strain - Hunter lab-Straigram- Spectrometer-microscope)
❖ B) Chemist in Cairo Edible Oil and Soap Company from 15-12-2007 to 15-6-2008 in the chemical laboratory.
❖ 1-Tested quality of Edible oil product (color%, acidity%, soap %)
❖ 2-Tested quality of Soap product (alkaline %, Nacl %)
❖ 3-Research and Development about the Edible oil and Soap.
