The responsibility scope:
- Fabrication of carbon steel sand filters different diameters up to
3.5 meter dia. - stainless steel pipes 316L - backwash lines with
pressure test according to international codes.
- Fabrication of RO skid complete frame with all pipe connections.
B - Technical Office Engineer
The responsibility scope:
- Review the shop drawings before sending for fabrication.
- Prepare & Follow-up the material requisitions of mechanical works
for the projects.
- Follow-up the installation in the projects - inspection the
manufactured parts of the projects such as pressure vessels, RO
skids and metal parts of clarifiers and sludge thickeners such as the
sludge scrapers.
- Follow the international standards accepted internationally in the
manufacture, inspection, and installation such as ASME code.
- Communication and follow-up suppliers during materials delivery.
C - Maintenance and Operation Engineer 22000 m³/day
Durma & Muzahmia plant
The responsibility scope:
- Maintenance of power generators of the type 16 Cylinder Caterpillar 1
MW.
- Maintenance of high-pressure pumps - Lifting pumps & deep well
pumps
- Maintenance of cooling towers- air compressors & RO units.
- Prepare the preventive and emergency maintenance schedules.
