• Maintaining accurate posting of financial accounting transactions of general ledgers including inventory, accounts payable, payroll and fixed assets with accurate and complete documentation.
• Prepare Depreciation and the adjustment entry for Accrued, Prepaid and other adjustments
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Monitoring and auditing Point of sales Collection then generates and reconciling it with Banks.
• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.

• Produces payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, verifying finished product Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.
• Supervise accountancy staff to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
• Monitor the financial information system to ensure that timely and accurate information is provided for managerial decision making.
