 EXTENSION OF SHEIKH ZAYED CITY
The project covers the development vision and strategic plan for the extension of Sheikh Zayed City, with a view to ensuring optimal land uses within the area. The study covers the area annexed to Sheikh Zayed City (about 9, 800 feddans according to site planning measurements). The area lies within the Greater Cairo region to the west of Sheikh Zayed City and the north of 6th of October City
 AL-NAKHEEL MALL
Over a land area of 211, 726 m2 in New Cairo City near Cairo-Sokhna Road, the mall consists of three buildings as follows. (1) Mall Building: ground floor, upper floor, and roof over a footprint area of 80, 233 m2 with a total built-up area of 112, 093 m2. (2) Cinema Complex Building (footprint area of 12, 000 m2 and total built up area of 12, 000 m2). (3) Utility Building (footprint area of 2, 063 m2 and a total built-up area of 2, 150 m2).

The project covers the master-planning and infrastructure design for New Mansoura City, which stretches over a total land area of approximately 32 million square meters (7, 619 feddans). The city is planned to be the first smart city in Egypt.

 Design development of cars circuit in Kuwait
The project's total land area is 2, 673, 797 m2, with a total built-up area of 37, 168 m2. It consists of a pit
building (including media and grandstand), race control building, medical center building, karting building,
driving academy, and dragster race control, along with an entrance and administration building.
 Development of 44 plots in Saudi Arabia
The project comprises 44 plots of land with a total area of 70, 000, 000 m2. Plot areas range from 40, 000 m2
to 8, 200, 000 m2. The plots are located in several areas in Saudi Arabia; namely, Tabuk, Al-Jawf, Aseer, Al-Bahah, Jazan, Najran and the Northern Border area.

 Beit Alwatan project in New Cairo
The project is part of a national program launched by the New Urban Communities Authority for the development of land plots in various new urban communities in Egypt. It is located within the precinct of Beit Al-Watan area in New Cairo Districts 5, 6, 7, and 8 over a land area of 9, 093, 000 m2. This area is classified as aresidential and commercial development with some public services.
The project aims at preparing design studies for the wastewater and storm water networks; potable, firefighting, and irrigation water networks; internal road network; and electrical infrastructure works.
Types of activities include architectural, electrical, HVAC, infrastructure, structural, and road works.
 Nyahua-Chaya road in Tanzania
The Tanzania National Roads Agency (TANROADS) has awarded ECG a contract for the preparation of a feasibility study and an update of the detailed design of Nyahua-Chaya Road (85.4 km) in compliance with the international standards of Bitumen. The project is funded by the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED).
 Infrastructure networks for industrial valley (Phase 2) in Saudi Arabia
The project aims at the construction of the infrastructure network of Industrial Valley (Phase 2) in King
Abdullah Economic City. The network consists of a potable water network, roads network, swales network,
and telecom network.
 Design of wastewater treatment plant in Arrass in Saudi Arabia
The existing Ar-Rass Wastewater Treatment Plant is located to the northwest of Ar-Rass town in Al-Qassim region. The project aims to design the second phase of Ar-Rass Wastewater Treatment Plant with a total capacity of (25, 000 m3/d). The number of process and non-process facilities is estimated at 25 buildings on an area of approximately (100, 000 m2). The plant is designed to achieve the removal of carbon and nutrients. Treatment facilities involve preliminary, primary, secondary, and tertiary treatment processes.
 Design of 4 sites in the south region for The Saudi Ministry Of Housing in Saudi Arabia
The project comprises the design of 4 sites with a total area of 7, 454, 917 m2; Sharq Al-Jamiah in Najran (5, 341, 013 m2), Haroob in Jazan (969, 811 m2), Al-Hidabi in Jazan 417, 551 m2, and Al-Yahya and Al-Zaidan in Jazan (726, 542 m2).
 Master-planning & infrastructure design of 8 sites in Saudi Arabia
The project consisted of eight land plots. Four plots are located in the North Region and the other four in the South Region, plot areas range from 100, 000m2 to 680, 000m2.
 Al-Murooj shop drawings in Saudi Arabia
Al-Murooj is a premium low-density residential development centrally located within all currently active
development components in King Abdullah Economic City. BC2 is part of Al- Murooj.
It spreads over a land area of 678, 254 m2. ECG is responsible for preparing the shop drawings of BC2 infrastructure systems, including storm drainage, water supply, firefighting, irrigation, electrical, and telecommunications networks.
 Hacienda White infrastructure works in Egypt
The project comprises villas, town houses, hotels, and malls spreading over an area of 700, 000 m2.
 Master plan for Zakho university in Iraq
The Kurdistan Regional Government has identified the need for high-quality education in the city of Zakho to serve the growing population. This project addresses existing and potentially proposed educational facilities. On a land area of 1, 345, 000 m2, the project consists of seven zones: Theoretical Zone, Engineering Zone, Medical Zone, Central Services, Accommodation Zone, Sports Zone, and Administrative Zon
