I currently serve as the Chief Financial Officer of Tal Holding Company, which owns several subsidiaries:

2. Pure Environment Contracting Company
3. Al Talebya Agriculture Company
4. Al Taleb Decoration Company
5. Beauty Care Company
6. Al Olaa Real Estate Company
I have 22 years of experience in finance and accounting, developing strategic financial plans, budgets, and costs, managing financing documents with banks and financing institutions, preparing financial statements, tax and zakat systems, and leading financial teams for several companies with various activities (commercial, industrial, real estate, contracting, agriculture, retail, and restaurants).
I also currently manage the IPO for one of the group's companies.
I also have experience working with systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as experience in project implementation for these systems.

Preparing financial statements, Supervising budgets & forecasting,
Supervising product cost accounts and preparing variances, financial
analysis, Liquidity planning and banking transactions, Supervise ERP-based
financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS, IPO.

• Supervised all accounting operations within the administration, ensuring precise implementation through the SAP system.
• Reviewed comprehensive reports on accounts, including assets, customers, suppliers, and banks, to maintain financial integrity.
• Conducted thorough reviews of trial balances to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborated with managers of various plants (refrigerators, washing machines, plastic) to prepare and align budgets effectively.
• Leveraged expertise in financial reporting, analysis, costing, and budgeting as a CMA, driving strategic financial decisions.
• Transitioning towards the role of Group Financial Manager and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to enhance organizational financial leadership.
