1.Supervision & Auditing of PD Projects & Head Office Secretaries & D. Control works.
2.Maintain and arrange Projects Handover Process to Contractors, Consultants & Clients.
3.Maintaining all Department Presentations, presented to Owners, Clients, End-users, and Consultants, etc.
4.Maintain Department & Projects ORM's presented to BOD.
5.Liaising with internal & external agencies or departments to ensure that control and filing procedures are maintained for all documents.
6.Maintaining, supervising and managing all types of company contracts, variation orders and claims.
7.Maintain a library of Company contracts and documentation as per its policies, procedures, etc.
8.Maintain the filing system according to the Company's procedures and in accordance with client’s standards.
9.Using logbooks and computerized software.
10.Ensuring that all incoming & outgoing documents (soft & hard) are distributed to personnel concerned.
11.Maintain a soft copy of file index for easy reference and document retrieval
12.Preparing all forms of communications to provide information to supervisors, peers, subordinates and to communicate with other Departments.
13.Document/ record information, maintain files, process all paper work, and to responsible to perform day to day administrative tasks
14.Developing and maintaining constructive and cooperative working relationships with other departments and agencies.
15.Ensuring events, processes and all relevant documents comply with Company procedures, policies, regulations & standards.
16.Schedule and confirm appointments for department personnel and arrange and coordinate meetings / conferences as required.
17.Act as a Department focal point to meet and greet visitors to the department.
(Controlling Documents of 84 Projects in all project phases (Design, Tendering, and Construction), in addition to Management Documentation).

Responsible for:-
oTime keeping of all ABB staff
oFollowing up sub-contractors manpower availability
oRegistration of day manpower, material arrival and material storing
oAll Project finance, purchases, all tools, materials, accommodation, transportation cost and coordinating with site manager and Financial Department.
oAssisting the site manager in handling administrative work.
Working as Accountant & Material controller

o Preparation of monthly financial statements
o Preparation of payroll transaction
o Periodic financial cash flow
