* Lead many major Business initiatives or re-engineering programs for FCA. Like Managing Customs statistics and clearance system project for UAE & GCC and Single trader code and risk management..
* Heading UAE customs IT committee in international Events and meetings
* Heading UAE customs IT committee in GCC Customs Data warehouse project in RIYADH, KSA (8 meetings).
* Researching the International trade (WTO) and customs (WCO) Agreements and its IT requirements for UAE Customs.
* Develop IT Policies and Procedures that provide an effective framework for IT operations. Investigate relevant and effective IT Policies and Procedures for application across UAE Local Customs Authorities starting with Unified UAE national IT Security policy.
* Managing a UAE to GCC systems interface project.
* Developing UAE multi-nationalities team to various IT competencies.
* Act as a role model in developing a culture which builds responsive, timely, and accurate performance of the IT Department.
