Key Tasks & Achievements:
• Setting up KPI’s and regularly reviewing client’s performance and conducting reports to stakeholders that assisted in process of decision making;
• Conducted benchmarking study, data analysis and presenting different effective practices to client with case studies and research findings, in order to help establishments which are looking toward major transformation;
• Developed work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines which assisted my clients to focus on critical areas;
• Articulating different objectives, creating criteria and conducting impact and risk assessments for regulations and policies;
• Utilized different performance management tools to ensure client compliance with vision and set up objectives determined by the country and the head management;

• Assisted Dubai Police Academy in developing a new template tool that assisted them in calculating reviewing and measuring the achievement of the learning outcomes for different major courses which will be used as main prototype module in developing their new Academy software;
• Managed to finalize setting a major government entity KPI’s within the GCC region in regard to their strategic objectives and initiative within 1-month period even with the communication gap between the entity and its’ stakeholders.
Key Tasks & Achievements:
• Provided updates to all stakeholders on key milestones for projects;
• Tracked costs and expenses for analysis against original budget;
• Utilized different performance management tools to ensure client compliance with vision and set up objectives;
• Coordinated between stakeholders and different subject matter experts and facilitate meetings during execution of the L&D center;
• Executed quality check of deliverables and ensure their validation before handing over to client which lead to impressing the client and help to extend the relationship for other projects;
• Clients include DTCM, and KSA Ministry of Defense.
• Was able to facilitate 4 meetings per day between stakeholders and subject matters experts to ensure delivery of project deliverables before the agreed deadline with the client;
• Was able to handle and take over strategy management role while being senior consultant.
Key Tasks & Achievements:
• Planning, execution and completion of statutory and group audits to clients, this involve completing the statutory audit for clients from start until the end of the audit and handing over the audit report;
• Managing audit team, delegating and reviewing work of team members.
• Conducting comprehensive financial audits and agreed-upon procedures as per International auditing standards;
• Obtaining through understanding of nature of client's business, business and regulatory environment in which it operates, identification of critical success factors and key performance indicators, initial overall analytical review, understanding major business processes, analysis and testing of internal controls at interim and final stages and detailed testing of significant account balances and transactions;
• Significant clients include Sanofi, Mercator and Tiffany & Co.
• Managed 2 audit engagement on my own and was able to deliver while coaching the new joiner associate on the job;
• Was able to detect a reporting issue with one of the clients in regard to the depreciation and capex allocation in financial statement and highlight it with the management.
Key Tasks & Achievements:
• Research about client and created Business Analysis Framework (BAF) - it shows client operations process, revenue streams, main factors that influence client business;
• Business process understanding, risk assessments to identify audit risks;
• Assisting clients in preparation of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
• Clients include Union Coop, RTA, Transguard and Mediclinic.
- Part of the student council - Arranged the St.Gallen exchange program between HCT and St.Gallen university - Volunteered with Dubai Film Festival - Won third place in Business Idea competition
