I am working as technical industrial consultant for factories in various specialties to improve production process, reduce losses, elevate results.
I am applying my experience plus the SIX SIGMA techniques to re-engineer the process, remove "non value added" steps to save money and time.
My work also includes setting up quality control standards, train staff, and prepare companies to obtain the ISO certificates.

I was promoted to that position by Managing Director of IDEAL STANDARD GROUP,
I went to ITALY for ONE month (2001), to study "SIX SIGMA - BLACK -BELT " and came home to manage the above position for the group of THREE plants .
I have numerous successful projects in process improvement, cost / loss reduction and inventory control.
That company was acquired by AMERICAN STANDARD, U.S.A., six months before my hiring .
I was asked to re-engineer that plant, which I did .
The plant became one of the top -notch plants of the whole group .
I was interviewed and contracted by U.S.A . EX PATS working to train the Saudi Army on modern tanks, weapons and Tactics .
I had to return home due to sudden family crisis, although my contract was renewed for another year .
That company handled agencies of European companies producing chemical / pharmaceutical raw material / equipment .
I handled commercial / technical and correspondencies between those producers and the local clients .
I worked together with SACMI italian contractor to startup the SANITARY WARE plant and continued managing production with all its aspects .
I established professional analysis laboratories for water, sewgae with modern equipment for the three branches of the company, Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam .
I trained and supervised the service engineers doing after sales follow up .
I supervised the facility producing water treament chemical .
I handled the chemical / technical and production aspects of that newly established plant, producing Aluminum Sulphate (ALUM), for water treatment .
I was trained in GREECE for Two months on Ceramic laboratory work, slip / glaze preparation and Production management .
I returned to Egypt and started production operation in the newly built sanitary ware factory .
I was hire & trained by AMERICAN MEDICAL INT'L ( AMI ).
I was given a one month intensive course on Chemistry, hematology and Bacteriology .
I handled the Three clinical laboratories both technically & administratively .
That company produced chemical & pharmaceuticals .
I was trained and worked as lab chemist testing raw materials, chemicals and pharmaceuticals before certifying utilization and conformity to standards .
