LRT is Chinese funded project will connect Cairo, passing through the 10 of Ramadan city, and the New Capital with 13 stations, and total length of 75 km.
• Captured contractual risks, rights & opportunities among the Project Parties (Employer, Contractors, Sub-contractors, etc.)
• Developed, with the project team, and led changes orders, and claims management strategy and monitoring tools.
• Maintained the team understanding for the commercial and contract entitlements, and obligations via proper interpretation of the Contract Documents.
• Ensured that correspondences include notices are managed as per the contractual requirements and commercial strategy.
