• Leading a construction team of two Superintendents, four site Engineers, six Supervisor, two de-watering
Formans, three surveyors and their subs.
• Assuring adequately timed material supply to site through proper look ahead and communication
Between both internal departments and procurement department, review procurement packages with full co-
ordination & co-operation with the procurement manager.
• Cost monitoring through productivity rate calculations and quantity surveys, productivity VS cost.
• Schedule follow up and updating according to site conditions & man power performance monitoring.
• Quantity reporting to project control.
• Detailing look-ahead schedules for closely upcoming activities every three weeks and passing
On Detailed and clear instructions for preparations to subordinates.
• Assuring internal co-operation & co-ordination between subordinates in the whole discipline, full co-
ordination & control of projects activities, full co-ordination with Main-contractors to meet the projects
requirements in the whole projects areas with other disciplines, site liaison with the client, consultant.
• Assuring proper Procedures and Tool /equipment usage with full co-operation with the client managers and
consultants, as per each owner standard and specifications.
• Assuring safety awareness of subordinates through daily and weekly toolbox Meetings with full co-
operation with HSE manager.
• Responsible for assisting the assigned projects site engineers and their subs with the Execution of project in
accordance with a valid, executed contract, per company policies and Procedures and more instructions for
customized & standardized plants.
• charge all Microtunneling activities and supervision of working force & man power.
• Covering projects areas of Microtunneling activities installation activities and material expediting.
• planning & preparation of work packages & estimates all work schedules include material control, man
power requirements and Equipments requirements for Microtunneling activities on site with full co-operation
and co-ordination with the planning-cost control engineer.
• prepare and update data as a progress monitoring system like curves and sheets for Microtunneling
activities.
Construction Scope Includes
The Microtunneling projects located in the different kingdom cities, with a budget of different values for the infrastructure mega projects (TCC Scope). The Engineering /Procurement department are a (TCC) and the clients are different such as RC, ARAMCO and SWCC, NWC.
The scope of work for TCC CO. includes Microtunneling, shaft execution and insertion internal pipeline.

Construction Scope Includes
Four gas-wells construction project is located in Haradh city, with a budget of 22 million SR for the construction of the gas well from the charismas valve to the tie-in connection ( NBC scope ). The Engineering /Procurement department are a (Main contractor NESMA) and the client is ARAMCO co.
The scope of work for NBC CO. includes earth works, installation of skids, valves and site preparation, connection pipeline and civil works and flare, fence.

The Engineering /Procurement department are a (FMSCO) and the client is ROYAL COMMISSION IN JUBAIL.
The scope of work for FMSCO CO. includes earth works, roads network, storm water system and catch basin, potable process & fire water distribution system, sanitary waste water system and manholes, industrial waste water system and manholes, electrical power distribution system, street and area lighting system, telecommunication system, pumping station building and concrete works, lift station structures, HVAC works, generator buildings.
