Senior Technical Office Engineer, Site: R5-New Capital of Egypt
Technical office engineer responsible for Ensuring Compliance and verifying that
contractors and all other contract work are compliant with the terms of the contract,
keeping accurate records resolving project issues and respond to RFIs sent by contractor,
revise the shop drawing and making notes according to design ones, in
I work as senior civil engineer in one of the biggest projects in the middle east MADINATY city in the heart of new cairo city EGYPT
Tasks including
•Participate in Consulting activities, identify any problems and work on appropriate technical solutions in cooperation with more senior team members.
•Adhere to Company standards and to applicable local regulations and codes.
•Supervise the drafting required for the design to ensure its compliance with requirements and timely completion.
•Maintain project related document/drawing in both hard and soft copy format.
•Ensure compliance to the requirements of the Company Quality Management System on the project.
•If required, verify design work of other engineers to ensure completeness and error free outcome.
•If required, assist in the preparation of project specifications, bills of quantities and tender analysis.
•Quality control and Supervising the works by the contractor according to the quality standards to Reinforced concrete/Landscape structures
Following up on work site and submit periodic reports
•Review of financial abstracts submitted each month of the project
Consulting services including Design, drafting and calculation sheets by the most famous programs as SAP2000, Etabs and AutoCad
Participated in Design and drafting of these Featured projects
Borg El-arab International Airport-Egypt:Consists of Passenger Terminl Building (PTB) has a floor area of 600 m2 with attached passenger fixed bridges has a statical systemof RC colums with double cantilever supporting steel trusses, in addition to Cargo Terminal Building with area 2700 m2
