Responsible for the full operations of a medium sized bistro. In charge of every aspect of running the business. Responsible for delegating a team of up to 12 staff employees. In charge of all inventory - ordering, negotiating with suppliers and stock control. Collaborated with my team to create menus and made pricing decisions.
