-Understanding all company activities are carried as per approved quality plan.
-Report all necessary reports copy to quality control superintend and quality manager (for information).
-Check that inspection and test controls are done according to approved ITP and quality plan.
-Control and check the examination and recording of all suspect product items.
-Inspect all received materials and prepare (RIR).
-Filing all reports definitely with each item according to scope of work.
-Submit (NCR) and follow up the required sequence.
-Prepare test package for final release of all suspect work items.
-Insure proper carrying out of different activities.
-Prepare WPS, PQR, and WPQ according to company projects specification.
-Checking fit- up of the joints before start welding operation as per the detailed drawing and WPS.
-Recording of welding parameters during welding operation as required by inspection plane.
-Follow up NDT processes for each project & RT film interpretation.
-Prepare and following on & accessing NDT reports, Following up welding repair.
-Dealing with isometrics and drawing for different items.
-Check spooling, welding map and prepare welding log.
-Very familiar with the most used codes and standards (AWS, API, ASME, ASTM
