Gas processing facility commissioning, start up and tuning
• Equipment preservation as per vendors procedures on a periodic basis
• P&ID walkdown and punch listing
• Pre-commissioning : Lube oil systems flushing, rotary alignment, motors solo run
test, Chemical and media loading, static equipment box up, Pipe cleaning (blowing and
drying)
• Commissioning: Rotary equipment mechanical running test and parameters measurement
(Speed, vibration, temperature, power fluids pressures and temperature), utilities live up (N2,
Air, water ) Package sys. Commission as per vendor procedure, Pipe leak test and inerting, Site
acceptance tests for rotating machines,
• Troubleshootings as per equipment installation and operation manuals guidance,
• Meetings with owner and subcontractors for planning, scheduling and solving pending issues.
Equipment: SOLAR Gas turbine compressor, SOLAR gas turbine generator, Air compressors (diesel driven
and motor driven, Centrifugal, positive displacement, submerged pumps, diesel generator, overhead crane, air fine coolers, air dryer
Mechanical commissioning supervisors
Managing mechanical supervisors works as per schedule and project procedures,
Supervise gas turbine MS5002 - centrifugal compressor BCL807 alignment, and mechanical checks and completion with GE team as per drawing, procedures and P&ID,
Supervise gas turbine compressor flushing activities with Baker Hughes team,
Supervise Overhead crane regulation activities with vendor italkrane team,
Mechanical Supervisor
The creation of a separation and compression facility (Construction project, Static and rotating equipment installation and assembling).
Installation of static and rotating equipment and mechanical completion as per the method statement and drawings,
Ensure that the necessary labour and plant resources are available to carry out the work in safe
and efficient manner,
Periodically review progress and adjust resources accordingly to maintain the schedule,
Reporting mechanical problems to the engineering department.
I ensured mechanical activities continuation in the 3 construction sites through a series of coordination meeting between project management in remote and sites, planning and scheduling work, conflicts solving, motivating and communicating with sites supervisors to achieve the planned targets, requesting material from Material control service.
