I have been completed my career last 12 years in UAE and currently working as a Site Agent, at DUTCO Balfour Beatty L.L.C, . My employer is a leading contractor in the middle-east accredited by the international standard organizations for quality, environmental and safety aspects and as such, I have gained significant experiences in managing all kind of tasks (Design & Execution) associated with an Infrastructure Project successfully through use of industry’s best standards.
Kindly note that I have completed the Bachelor degree in Engineering & Technology from a BITS Pilani university in India, and currently attempting to gain PMP status from PMI-USA. Having a good academic background and experienced through professional working style, I have the ability to plan, organize the works and manage team workings effectively to enable complete the works successfully within the target criteria set by the management.  My strength including good leadership and negotiation skills, effective communication skills, and all together I am capable to achieve the tasks at its best through coordination.

 Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
 Controls and monitors “triple constraints”—project scope, time, cost & quality—in managing competing project requirements
 Coordination with the concern engineering deliverables for achieves the target on the time.
 Maintain Monthly project status reports and familiar with change orders
 Experienced in developing and controlling Infrastructure projects from conceptual design to complete the Projects.
 Contract Administration and a sound knowledge of different project execution strategies
 Responsible for the successful completion of projects
 Maintain extensive regular contact with assigned project Clients
 Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals
 Budget monitoring and trend tracking
 Participating in Client/contractor meetings regularly to present the progress and resolving issues if any
 Share necessary information with contractual issues to keep the and also reviews the invoices prior to submission.
 Prepared the Maintain & Monitor material request schedule for project requirements for successfully Completion.
 Follow the NOC Status.
 Ensure effective engineering with the client/consultant
 Raising Technical Query’s about Design issues, Site conditions, Modifications in work & others.
 Follow the proper document as per the Quality standard ISO 9001 & 14001
