1. Lead the supply chain operations for our pipe manufacturing plant.
2. Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.
3. Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.
4. Ensure that the production is cost effective.
5. Decide what resources are required.
6. Draft a timescale for the job
7. Estimate costs and set the quality standards
