Duties:
•Provided high level of customer service to each person by engaging customer and using active listening and effective interpersonal skills.
•Answered incoming phone calls and developed friendly rapport with callers while answering questions, making recommendations and leading conversations to bookings.
•Prepare relevant documentation to ensure all customer data and service information are recorded correctly on the online CRM system
•Prepare variety of different written communications, reports and documents to ensure smooth operations.
•Use coordination and planning skills to achieve results in handle all customer inquiries and complaints smoothly with high level of customer satisfaction.
•Attend and liaise bi-weekly team meetings to discuss operational issues faced and to ensure they can be resolved promptly and proactively.
Controlling company and project documentation.
Following and improving document control procedures.
Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements.
Producing document progress reports for senior managers.
Conducting regular reviews and document audits.
Ensure document are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.
