Joined Barwa Bank in 2008, before commencement of bank operation, managed service desk and IT operations, delivered support, monitored application administration and implemented various systems and processes.

• Leading IT Operations team and managing processes to ensure system availability, daily end of day processing and deployment of patches.
• Managing system parameter and application security for various banking systems including Core Banking System, Front-ends and other business applications.
• Delivering application support for banking applications and various e-Channel systems.
• Successfully implemented business channels including Internet Banking, IVR, Call Centre and SMS Banking.
• Deployed business application infrastructure including Core Banking, Branch Automation, Clearing and Backend Systems.
• Successfully implemented SWIFT Alliance System and HRMS Systems for the bank.
• Implemented IT Service Management with fully automated workflows and SLA/OLA as per ITIL v3 standards.

• Successfully implemented various systems and projects to support business requirements.
• Played a vital role in the management of 3 major system changes.
• Instrumental in setting up ATM network for the bank and connecting to Qatar Central Bank’s ATM Switch (NAPS).
• Transformed the bank from a single branch of an International Banking Group (ANZ Banking Group, Australia) to self-reliant multi branch operations.
