● Leading Americana Qatar branch Supply chain department across the four iconic brands (KFC, Hardees, Krispy Kreme, TGI Fridays) with reporting to central team in UAE.
● Demand & Supply planning based on marketing & Ops forecasts, Seasonal factors & NSOs for food and non-food products to ensure the uninterrupted supply to Brand operations.
● Stock control and inventory management towards the DOS levels for all brands.
● Monitor and improve supply chain KPI’s (i.e. OTIF, IF, CFR, OTD, DOI, MAPE, Forecast Bias)
● Organizing S&OP meeting aligning with all stake holders
● Keep campaign tracker updated and circulate across the cross functional teams to ensure all ingredients are available for the new campaign launch.
● supervise the purchasing process of equipment, small ware, décor and spare parts for all chains.
● Manage the local purchasing process.
● Alternate sourcing for mitigate the stock risk.
● Collaborate with 3PL service provider for port clearance and logistics
● SKU creation, MoPH product registration for new product range
● Manage all marketing related activities including campaigns, NSO tracker update.
● Support central SCM team to provide reports for stock files, campaigns trackers, inventory dashboards etc
● Manage supplier contracts and prices and their implementation.
● Ensure import food products are in line with QA, APL listed, and alignment and Qatar import compliances.
● Submission of claim for Quality shipping issues and MoPH rejected products items.
Create the official LPO to the vendors.
● Dealing with overseas and local vendors to conduct the purchases.
● Process all purchase orders for Service Dept. Sales Dept. and workshop.
● Contact overseas suppliers to resolve missed deliveries, short shipments and pricing discrepancies.
● Comparison of quotes for vendor selection
● Procurement monthly budget
● Maintaining ISO Formats and implementation of ISO policy.
● Arrangement of offloading including container shipment with all necessary offloading facilities
● Monitor receiving shipments & checking as per principle DO/Invoice
● Update the shipment charge & duty to the appropriate LPO with the coordination of logistics.
● Analysis Reports for LPO and GRN booking in the system.
