•Audited and verified the main contractor’s quantity take-offs and BOQ submissions for structural, architectural, and industrial works, ensuring exact alignment with approved drawings.
•Evaluated and certified contractor Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) in line with contractual provisions, supporting accurate valuation and preventing overpayments.
•Validated all invoices and supporting technical documentation, systematically reviewing Quantity Calculation Sheet(QCS), Ascertainment Of Facts (AOF), and concrete pouring permits against shop drawings, and IRs to enforce strict budget control and contractual compliance.
•Monitored project expenditures and commercial performance, proactively identifying financial risks and recommending contractual mitigation measures.
•Prepared monthly commercial reports for the Client, highlighting project financial status, payment trends, and key contractual matters.
