SensorTec is a British company that is manufacturing security products for defense and law enforcement such as normal, thermal, panoramic and laser cameras in addition to radars and underground sensors.
My responsibilities are the following:
• Providing sales and after sales support for the clients of SensorTec products.
• Following up with the international clients all over the world.
• Supervising and organizing the company’s CRM (HubSpot and Excel).
• Approaching new clients in different countries that are interested in SensorTec products.
• Participating in business development activities.
• Revising and participating in the marketing materials preparation.
• Organizing the internal process of cooperation between pre-sales and sales teams.
• Attending different exhibitions related to the security field.
Enersol technology is a japanese company that is specialized in energy efficiency company and energy saving solutions.
My responsibilities are the following:
• Providing pre and after sales support for the local and overseas clients of Techsol products.
• Providing market research regarding Targeted audience, market share, business model and
expected sales for the targeted new markets.
• Approaching new distributors for Enersol products in new countries and providing technical and sales support for Enersol overseas offices and distributors around the world including (Belgium, U.A.E, Egypt, Tunisia, South Africa, Bahrain, Jordan, Turkey, India, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico and Argentina)
• Preparing required quotations, ROI studies and commercial documents for the clients.
• Preparing all required legal documents for our clients (Distribution agreements, NDAs, MoU and Acknowledgement of receipts) plus handling logistics (CIF, FOB, DDP and EXW).
• Deliver weekly, quarterly and annual reports showing sales activities and KPIs.
• After working as a sales engineer for 1 year, I was promoted to be Egypt office engineering manager, supervising sales and technical sales teams of Techsol’s energy saving solutions in addition to the administration of Egypt office with the following responsibilities:
• Supporting sales and technical sales team with their daily tasks.
• Organizing internal cooperation process between the two teams.
• Reviewing the weekly reports of both teams in addition to identifying the KPIs of team.
• Acting as the point of contact between the high management and our teams.
• Business trips for attending international business meetings as the representative of
TECHSOL’S management to different countries such as Turkey, U.A.E, Bahrain, and Jordan.
• Studying shop drawings, Executing and preparing as built drawings of all systems of the site with supervising the site works of all the electrical systems.
• Preparing and execution of panel schedules with inspecting in site. Studying load estimations, design drawings and SLDs.
I’m graduated from Shoubra faculty of engineering ( Benha university ) with grade v.good with honour (80%) and an excellent grade in the graduation project which was in low and medium voltage systems design for a hospital.
