I’am working in a cross-functional team trying to develop efficient production plans
and scheduales that meet the demand.
• Contact the purchasing department to follow up on raw material orders (accessories
- fabric) and create MPS acording to bill of matrial of each style and the available
inventory and the future orders.
• Monitor inventory and delivery schedules of raw material shipments (accessories -
fabric) to contribute to production planning, ensuring no shortages and identifying
risks in each order.
• Monitor production to ensure timely shipment of orders.
• Follow KPI'S of Shipment, BTS (built to schedule) and discuss it in the weekly
meeting, along with discussing the problems that prevented timely shipment with the
factory management
