• Develop, Maintain & Update the Baseline Program in Primavera P6 and Prepare Planning Pertinent Documents
• Complete resource planning including labor & non labor (Machinery) as per project scope by productivity.
• Cost and resource loading to the baseline schedule, generate S‐curve and histograms.
• Generate the CPM schedule of works for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction activities incorporating local authority approvals and milestones.
• Preparing monthly lookahead schedule, monitoring daily production against the monthly target and reporting to the management on daily basis
• Update project schedule in Primavera on weekly basis, prepare weekly report, monthly reports, look ahead schedule and dashboard reports as per the Contract requirements.
• Modify the Working Program as per the Site Instructions, Additional Works, and Change orders to Monitor the Approvals, Selection of new Materials and Procurement of Long lead Materials.
• Assisting the senior planner in preparing Extension of time using diferent techniques. (TIA, impacted as planned)
• Development of Baseline (EPC) program, Tender programs, recovery programs, revised program, and look ahead programs.
• Daily Site Visit to Take Photos, and to track the Status of Internal areas of Concerns, and Internal NCRs
• Update project schedule Daily, Weekly, Monthly basis and Prepared project Monitoring sheets based on the project requirements.
• Providing Manpower forecast and preparing KPI for crews & activities.
• Coordinating between Planning Department at the Head Office, Execution Department
• Measuring Site Production Rate, monitor labor productivity and highlight shortfalls
• Attend all progress meetings to discuss the progress and condition of frame time of project
• Take-off quantities from IFC/shop drawings and prepare BOQ
• Setting out work at site
• Coordinate site activities
• Assigning targets for the workers and follow up with them
• Prepare progress reports
• Evaluate sub-contractor quotations and prepare comparison
• Make sure the necessary safety precautions are taken prior to any activity at site
