1-preparation of project’s -ITP (Inspection test plan -MST (method statement), ( For all systems such as Stick curtain

2-Reviewing the project’s specifications and
preparing inspection report for each façade inspection
3-Issuing of internal CAR (corrective action report) and dealing
with external CARs issued from the main contractor
4-inspection of all incoming material ensuring that all incoming
materials quality is according to shop drawings and
projects specifications.
5-Inspecting and evaluating the erected Façade

and visual integrity according to Related the project’s
specifications, related standards and codes, technical notes
and drawings
6-Ensuring that the Snag list of the project is done and approved
by the main contractor and the consultant

1-Leading a team of quality Engineers and
supervisors overlooking all the company’s projects.
2-Studying each project’s Specification to deduce the Client’s
requirements and determine the critical issues that might
affect the project, examples such as :
Required fields tests ( Water, Air, weather silicone tests, …etc. )
3-Developing the Quality procedures and Quality plans for the
company in general For All Quality activities.
4-Making sure that the quality team in each project is on the
correct track and applying the rules of the procedures, ensuring
that the Quality role in the project is effective
5-Preparing the require inspection and Testing Plans (ITP) and
Method statement (MST) For unitized system, stick system
, louvres, Cladding, doors and windows and every related item to
the scope of the project
6- Making sure that NCRs received are investigated and
corrected as soon as possible, and making sure to have a lesson
learned from that report
7-Issuing internal Site Observations report (SOR) Internal Non-
Conformity reports (NCR ), Site incident Reports (SIR) all as
internal documents to the site Managers and Site Engineers
when needed.
8-feedback analysis of projects issues (internal/External NCRs, Site
observations, feedback reports…etc.)
9-creating risk assessment plan for the quality activities

Maintaining the QMS system according to ISO 9001
-Conducting internal audits

-improve the company current procedures and work instructions to get an adequate measuring result that would be useful for improvement purposes
-improve the current sampling technique for incoming material and product sampling methods
