Utilities Duties:
(Boilers, Pumping stations, Hydraulic, pneumatic systems, greasing systems, Compressors, Blowers, Air/Water Network)
• Assure optimization of the Maintenance Organization structure
• Analysis of repetitive equipment failures
• Estimation of maintenance costs and evaluation of alternatives
• Forecasting of spare parts
• Assessing the needs for equipment replacements and establish replacement programs when due
• Assessing required maintenance tools and skills required for efficient maintenance of equipment
• Assessing required skills required for maintenance personnel
• Reviewing personnel transfers to and from maintenance organizations
• Assessing and reporting safety hazards associated with maintenance of equipment.
WS Duties:
• To review ongoing workshop maintenance and repair projects and provide engineering support for their completion.
• To schedule daily workload and generates work schedule plans.
• To prepare requisitions for the issue of correct materials, tools and safetyequipment.
• To coordinate issue of equipment with Material Management Department.
• To compile/provide input for preparation of division/department Capital and Operating budgets and monitor annual expenditure budgets.
• To conduct work safety awareness programs for company and contract subordinates.
• To comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as Work Permit, policies and procedures.

• Responsible for all the technical points during the erection
• Coordinate with other site inspectors to resolve site execution problems

• Responsibilities also ensuring the efficient running of day to day works at the project.
• Follow up and reporting the progress of construction
• Follow up Subcontractor's progress.

• Receive the drawings approval from the client before issuance for construction.
• Study and prepare requests for information for various projects.
