1. I worked at Ismailia Maintenance Office ( main office of Sinai region ) for Vodafone Egypt .
2. I was responsible for 270 Vodafone sites ( telecom & transmission & access and power problems ) .
3. Dealt with all trouble tickets till closed it in swift time without any violation for the limited time.
4. A cooperation with area owner to increase the service and availability or the sites to be 100%.
5. Manage (telecom & power and generators ) teams to achieved perfect target for our sites and our network .
1. I am working at modernization project ( mega project ) for Etisalat Egypt
we are swapping from old cabinets ( Ericsson RBS such as 2202, 2206,
2308 ) to new cabinets ( Huawei BTS such as 3900 version C & D ).
2. Managing and supporting the teams as per plan to achieve our target.Responsible for access management for all sites.
3. Responsible for site integration as per design ( such as configuration & telecom & power ) and as per solution ( GSM or UMTS).
4. Managing new site installation from A to Z.
5. Reporting Daily and weekly on all deliverable and work activities on New site/2G/3G Project.
6. Responsible for site quality as per customer specifications.
1. I worked as senior engineer cross Egypt for Etisalat company.
2. I worked at new sites project(Transmission, Telecom, RF and Power )
for Huawei BTS and Ericsson RBS, i was responsible for new site from A to Z .
3. I worked at 2G & 3G expansion projects and transmission upgrade project ( RTN 950 and RTN 980 ).
4. I worked at transmission project and increased my experience with dealt with all category of MW installation and configuration for Huawei RTN and Ericsson mini link Traffic node such ( XPIC, SD, FD and HSB ) in this
period saturate my experience till I became a technical support for this project .
1. I worked as field maintains engineer at Ismailia maintains Office for Mobinil
2. I dealt with all alarms related by our sites ( 2G, 3G and MW ) to be clear.
3. Ismailia office sites was combined from different vendors as following,
2G was ( Alcatel Lucent ), 3G was ( Nokia Siemens ) and MW was ( NEC Passolink and V4 ).
4. At the end of my shift I closed on the company system all trouble ticket which assigned to our side and resolved or put it pending for any reason such access issue or unavailable spare parts etc…
5. Working at like this company is was wonderfully starting in my career where I improved my experience and communications skills with my
managers and the work friends, This period was an actual start to be able to achieve my objectives in the future.
