• Responsible for breakdown and preventive maintenance operations in all factories.
• Making PLC troubleshooting and solving control circuits problems.
• Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work.
• Diagnosing breakdown problems.
• Follow all Electrical installation & commissioning Activities of plant.
• Plan and prepare preventive method to make machine stable.
• Prepare monthly report about all maintenance costs, consumption of electricity and spare parts consumed.
• Responsible for training technicians and working to create the right environment for work.
• Working to raise the competencies of the machines.
• Check all breakdowns and try analysis it to reduce time of it and not repeated.
• Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
• Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
• Diagnosing breakdown problems.
• Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly.
• Carrying out quality inspections on jobs.
• Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components.
• Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
• Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
• Improving health and safety policies and procedures.
• Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
• Responsible for overall Electrical/Automation operations in all the plant, including power generation, transmission and distribution, manufacturing and building services.
• Preparing, developing, schedules, organizes and executes preventive, predictive and shutdowns maintenance programs.
• Providing engineering support by responding to requests for Electrical/Automation problems.
• Provide leadership to the teams and trades helpers in the repair and installation of Electrical/Automation operations system.
• Keeping monthly updated electrical wiring, instruments data and parameters to be available on field and record modifications in ISO forms.
• Plan layout of electric power generating plants and distribution lines and stations.
• Responsible for continues innovations for the automation system for continues operation improvements.
• Keeping the team up to date according to automation programming software updates and new high techniques.
• Assure that all the team respects the factory rules and procedures.
• Defines the needed training for the team to meet the business needs.
• Preparing shifts, follow up team attendance, and control team over time.
• Participate in the periodic evaluations of Electrical/Automation teams.
• Follow up the training plan completion for the team.
• Responsible for supporting all maintenance section in case of emergency stoppage in order to ensure the continuity of the production process.
• Responsible for the classification of spare parts and fast taking actions accordingly.
• Troubleshooting breakdowns of machines and production lines to ensure rapid solution by Checking automation system, PLC, motor drives, operator panels, communication system, machine setting and recipe, mechanical parts, electrical circuits, instruments, sensors and actuators also communicate with manufacturers and sub-suppliers to analyse root cause in case of chronic problems.
• Plan, coordinate and execute preventive maintenance activities to a high standard and in line with agreed procedures, ensuring effective operation of the machine. Return the machine into production environment with a high level of satisfaction.
• Supervising factory Power system and utilities to ensure maintaining of electricity.

• Installing OFC cables factory, containing ROSENDAHL SZ- stranding, Buffering and Sheathing machines.
• Installing Special cables factory, Automotive Wire, Building Wire insulation and Sheathing machines.
• Installing Telecom cables factory, Quaders, SZ-Cupper, Strander, SZ-Fiber and Rewinder machines.
• Reorganize Spare Parts Store by describing, labeling and categorizing about 10, 000 spare part.
• Keeping monthly updated electrical wiring, instruments data and record modifications in ISO forms.
• Applies strictly the ISO maintenance procedure, and update ISO records in daily base.
• Analyse Daily breakdowns per area and work effectively in a team environment to prepare & follow action plans and improve PM plans.
Bachelor degree in Electrical Communication Engineering. Computer and Control Section. The Higher Institute of Engineering, El-Shorouk Academy. Under the title of "Automation Laboratory" different control circuits using manual, relay and PLC control El Sewedy EGYTEC from December 2007 till JUNE 2008 Scope of training: • Take complete course about Power cables (Production, Planning, Tech. office, Maintenance). • Two months work in Production in Low volt Department. ABB Arab from July 2005 till September 2005 Scope of training: • Basics of the electricity. • Instrument and low voltage distribution. Oriental Weavers Fibers from July 2004 till September 2004 Scope of training: • Making control circuits by using automatic control. • Motors and its types and theory of operation and speed control.
