➢ Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project
feasibility.
➢ To review monthly estimates of work completed and approve payment certificates for
contractors
➢ Finding problems and giving solutions for Execution of work at site
➢ To ensure implementation of quality policy and procedures
➢ Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design
specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
➢ Test building materials, such as concrete, asphalt, or steel, for use in particular projects
➢ To participate in regular project meetings between management and contractors to
identify problems and target dates
➢ Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
➢ Having complete knowledge of construction of R.C.C work and foundations
➢ Planning of materials, manpower, and machinery requirement to achieve milestones
