Knowledge in Take Bill of Quantity (BOQ) with Construction Drawing Given by Client.
Studying of the Bid Documents like Technical Specification and Scope of Work
Procurement Involving, Vender analyzing, Compression of Equipment price & Factor, Negotiation With supplier for commercial and technically and Get Quotation of Major and minor equipment Price from Supplier.
Finalization of Project Estimation (Manpower and Man Hour Evaluation and Materials Arrangement and considering Direct cost, Indirect cost, overhead Profit) as per Project Specification/ Higher Authority Advise.
Preparation of Commercial Document and Technical documentation like (Method of statement, Inspection testing plan, Job hazard analysis and arrange material and Equipment Data documents.
SITE EXECUTION WISE:
Experience in MEP Project works of (HVAC, Firefighting, LPG system, Plumbing & Drainage and Elevators) Equipment Installation, Testing, and Commissioning & Handover etc.
Knowledge in Execution of Plumbing installation works of Hot & Cold water supply system, Drainage system, Sewage system and Sanitary water systems.
Knowledge in execution of Drainage ( manhole, Road gratings, road gully systems)
Knowledge in Execution of Fire Fighting (Sprinkler, Fire Hose Reel, Fire Hydrant, FM-200) System.
Knowledge in Execution of HVAC Installation works of AHU, Packages A/C unit, Chiller, FCU, Split (IU/OU), Duct Erection, Grills and Diffuser and Copper Pipe work etc…
Knowledge in Execution of Elevator (Installation of Guide rails, Car cabin and Counter weight, landing Door, Drive Unit and controller )
Inspection Knowledge of welding method.
Prepare Technical & Material submittals, Submittal Drawings, Material take off, Coordinate with store/procurement department to arrange materials and effectively
Use the material at site avoiding waste and effective utilization of manpower.
Maintain & Supervise safety standards and Material Quality control for site execution.
Experience in medium to large sized Plumbing & Firefighting field project works of Shopping mall, Palaces, Saudi villas, Offices, Shops, Banks, Hotels, Guest Houses, Super Markets, IT Park companies etc.,
Evaluation of Project, Project requirements, Drawings, Materials, Quality and Safety Specification.
Coordination with Client/Subcontractors/Site management on time to time basis for review project progress
Rendering technical Support in preparation of method statements, ITP, QA/QC and HSE Documents.
Plan, Mobilize and Control Man and Materials, Communicate and execute project works as per specified Standards meeting all quality and safety requirements.
Communicated effectively with multiple departments to plan and for smoother execution of Projects and Established strong relationships to gain support and effectively achieve results.
ESTIMATION WISE:
