• To coordinate projects across the company and determine project objectives and timetable and to ensure that all objectives are met within agreed timescales and budgets.
• Review/Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (contracts and terms of agreement).
• Organize of the handover meeting with the sales, technical office, technical support, and operation departments.
• Organizing, attending and participating in meetings with clients and consultants.
• Organizing meetings with different teams to follow up projects progress.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Monitoring projects changes and follow up with clients/consultants for approval.
• Follow up and support in the collection of invoices.
• Follow up and collect from all departments the closing documents (as built, warranty, certificate of origin, packing list, quantity survey, VO, IR, MIR, etc.)
Responsible of inserting vendors into our office vendor list after fulfilling login criteria and completing documents

Monitor subcontractors in completing the work as per customer's satisfaction.
Oversee the selection and requisition of materials for use in the site, quality-checking and getting it approved.
HVAC designs including Load calculations, Duct Design and site Supervision during
Making Fully Technical and Financial Offers related to (HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumping).
Making Pre-qualification for the entire awarded projects such as scope verification and making presentations etc. for consultant/client approval.
Making Techno-commercial Comparisons for all major items/equipment’s in order to take right cost during estimation.
Studying Drawings, BOQ's & Specifications issued with Tender.

Responsible of Mechanical works: Design, Supervision and construction for the following projects:
Project Manager: responsible of Stores (Design and supervision for all works Arch.& electromechanical works for 155 stores all over Egypt, including stores receiving and invoices preparations and finishing.
Vodafone Switch in 5th Gathering New Cairo (Construction and Maintenance).
Prelim Design for one Data Center.
Design and supervision of electromechanical works for 64 stores.
HVAC designs including: Load calculations, Duct Design and site Supervision during construction works and starting the system and handling the system to the client.
Fire Fighting Design and supervision on site during construction, testing, starting up and inspect for the pumps (Electric, Jokey and Diesel pumps) and handling the system to the client.
Plumping Design and supervision on site during construction, testing and inspection of the Plumping works, handling the system to the client and B.O.Qs preparations, final invoices revisions.
Adhere to safety procedures and quality issues.
