• Managing a team of 60 members.
• Responsible for managing day to day partner relationships with assigned KA (Eddy, Lulu & Tamkeen)
• Responsible for creating monthly HE & HA targets for channels by working closely with the PD teams.
• Accountable for yearly sales target of $30 Million, Product coverage in partner stores, Inventory analysis & brand penetration.
• Accountable for all the categories including HE, HA, AV & IT.
• Developed the product portfolio to maximize sales revenue for both categories HE & HA by enhancement of promoter, ISM & SKU. Grew the in store share for HE from 18% to 26% & HA is from 33% to 40%.
• Planning and executing strategies to ensure market share growth within the category.
• Responsible for Planning Promoter & FSM Training Plan & Monitoring evaluation for sales betterment.
• Monitoring competition sales through regular store visits and field force feedback and creating action plan for improvements.
• Working closely with HE & HA PD Teams on pricing strategies and new product launches.
• Responsible for end of life product management.

Training ) For Product Knowledge and sales skills.
- Evaluate Promoters KPI's ( MOT & On-Site )

- Manage & follow up promoters
- Check Sellout & Comparing to prv. Year/Month to grow up the sales.

- Make creation ( listing) on customers system for new products.
- Arrange &finalize P.O process
- Make a proposal for promotion or follow company promotions
- Follow up & support KA accountant about quarterly reconciliation
- Promoter Management. ( Sellout )
