Responsibilities:
• Improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth.
• Defines long-term organizational strategic goals.
• Builds key customer relationships.
• Identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains intensive knowledge of current market conditions.
• Evaluating the business ideas according to the company criteria.
• Defining the scope of the project.
• Calculating sales prices in accordance with company rules for profitability.
• Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics and cost and markup factors.
• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.
• Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
• Select products and accessories to be displayed at trade or special production shows
• Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows.
• Advise business and other groups on local, national, and international factors affecting the buying and selling of products and services.
• Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.

Responsibilities:
Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.
• Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
• Develop operating budgets for each department revenue outlets, after approval, monitoring and taking corrective actions to assure budget goals are attained.
• Inspects to ensure that all safety, sanitation, energy management, preventive maintenance and other standards are consistently met.
• Reviewing and analyzing all operating incomes, revenues and charts for the CFO
• Managing long-range staffing needs of all departments.
• Approve the menus proposed by the executive chef for all outlets and special events.
• Establish quantity and quality output standards for personnel in all positions within the department.
• Look for new products to enhance the quality of the original brand.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for food and beverage departments.
• Greets customers and oversees actual service on a routine, random basis.

• Managing inventories verification and provides updated information to the accounting department.
