• Responsible for Cardio-metabolic & GIT Branches.
• Responsible for monitoring and follow up New Launching with assigned Product Managers under my responsibility.
• Responsible for management and development for two Product Managers.
• Responsible with other Group Product Managers for Deployment of the sales force, Products portfolio within each line and budget allocation within products.
• Member of new products committee (New products recommendation - visibility studies of new products).
• Arrangement and participation in different symposium and customer panel.
• Heading the marketing planning functions including segmentation and targeting, product offerings, implementation, and product development for Vildagluse® Brand.
• Monitor business performance and external environment to deliver corrective action as required to meet Vildagluse® objectives.
• Launching and handling of Dia-Care Project (Patient Support Program).
• Liaison with external agencies to deliver initiatives for brand (Inspire Dia Care Project)
• Conducting continuous medical education and skills training for sales department including Med. Representative and Field force manager to ensure high standard level.
• Dealing with Key opinion leader and Key customer all over the country.
• Arrangement and participation in different symposium and customer panel.
• Responsible for Strategic Product in Uni Pharma, including Anti-diabetic drug “Diabetin®”, Anti-hypertensive drug “Losar® and Losar Plus®”.
• Responsible for monitoring and follow up New Launching with assigned Product Managers.
• Responsible for management and development for Assistant Product Managers.
• Responsible for Strategic Product in Uni Pharma, including Anti-diabetic drug “Diabetin®”, Anti-hypertensive drug “Losar® and Losar Plus®”, Antibiotic drug “Unizithrin®”, and Pediatric Products Branch.
• Responsible for re-lunch of Diabetin®, Losar®, Losar Plus®, and Unizithrin®.
• Assigned as a Group Product Manager for a team of 4 product manager.
• Heading the marketing planning functions including segmentation and targeting, product offerings, implementation, and product development for all product categories under my responsibility (Lantanon®, Ciproquin 500®, Unifractouse®).
• Executing and implementing an integrated marketing communication strategy by customer segment, product category and optimal channel to attract retain and sustain revenue gains. (Successful Iverzine® Integrated Marketing Campaign 2011 - 2012).
• Managing research activities to assess business’ competitive strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and counter attacking debates and rumors (Diabetin® Satisfactory Questioner QI-2010).
• Generating periodic market reviews, target achievements and budgetary adherence for recommending corrective actions accordingly.
• Evaluating overall results of plans in terms of turnover, profit & share of marketing volume in addition to planning for the future.
