files etc.
• Prepare and send the daily reports to the supervisor through mail in timely
manner.
• Distributon of all admin process files to correct section like passport, visa
renewal, civil id, work visa, visit visa sections.
• Received all project request and send manager signature and distribute a project.
• All Request of administration files to properly store by the files.
• Updating ERP for making employees monthly timesheet, leave forms, RTD forms
and office request.
• Updating ERP for civil id renewal request process.
