PRE-CONTRACT
• Evaluating tender documents, drawing, specs & schedules.
• Sending tender queries to the consultant/developer, keeping records & updating
the BOQ as per the tender addendum.
• Quantities take-off from IFT Drawings, preparing & Pricing bill of quantities.
• Send inquiries to sub contractors & suppliers and follow-up for quotations for
tender pricing.
• Prepare the documents for tender submission.
• Respond to the post-tender clarification.
• Until awarding the project, adjust the final submitted BOQ budget as per the
instruction of the General Manager.
• Good knowledge in Quantity Surveying fundamentals in all aspects and special
interest in civil areas as per the FIDIC, NEC3, POMI, SMM7 & CESMM4.

POST CONTRACT
• Measure and value the work done on site & Prepare the Interim Payment
Application.
• Prepare Cash Flow Statement.
• Identifying and calculating the variation due to the changes in the Employer’s
Requirement and other related situations as applicable as per the contract.
• Keeping record of Variation, Material on site & Prime cost adjustments.
• Prepare payments/invoice for contractors/ sub-contractor.
• Monitor all changes and variation to the contract & Prepare variation order.
• Assist to prepare the Extension of Time (EOT).
• Assist to prepare the project budget.
• Prepare the weekly / monthly progress report and Monthly Valuation.
• Review and update Daily Progress Report (DPR) and performance of the day and
