Projects:-
1-SARAYA HEADQUARTER Tower - AMMAN (Current Project)
The tower consists of 37 FLOORS LEVEL and 9 BASEMENTS, the slab is post tension with some transfer solid slabs and beams, the vertical system core wall and column, the foundation is raft.
*Scope :- Preparing Structural Drawing, coordinate structure DWG with arch and design vertical elements with details and check model with structure DWG and loading plans.

2- Engineers Office and Meraas Office Development
The project consists of two buildings each one consists of three floors, slabs precast H.C.S with prestressed band beams, and vertical elements are columns, the foundation strip footings.
*Scope :- all Precast Band Beams Design, 3D Etabs Model and Structural

3-Seddiqi and Sons HQ
The project consists of five floors, the slabs are post tension with drop panel, the vertical elements columns and walls, the foundation is isolated footings with some rafts.

4-EL RAYYAN TOWER COMPLEX (ABU-DHABI)
The project contain three tower with 42 floor levels with 7floors podium separated to four parts, there is outriggers each tower, the slabs post tension, the vertical elements column and core walls, the foundation raft with piles.
* Scope:- modification models, all design (stability, slabs, beams, shear walls and columns) and structural drawing.
5- DUBAI PEARL

The project contain four towers with 72 floors with 9 podiums there is two outriggers each tower, the slabs is precast H.C.S with cast in situ beams for tower and flat slab with drop panel in podium, the vertical elements is column with core walls, the foundation is raft with piles.
* Scope: - full design by ACI & UBC code (Precast hollow core slabs, cast in situ beams, shear walls and columns) in addition to structural drawing.
6- JABER EL AHMED HOSPITAL (KYWAIT)
*scope in this project is all shop drawing for the precast elements in the
hospital and car park.
7- BASRA SPORT CITY
*scope in this project is design bleachers, Rakar beams and walls in addition
to drawing plans, shop drawing for the precast elements.
8- KUWAIT SPECIAL FORCES FACILITY
* Scope in this project is all Precast cladding modelling, design by ACI &
UBC code.
9- El AIN ELSOKHNA THERMAL POWER PLANT
the project consists of many building :-
a)Fire Fighting Station
b) Engineers Offices Building
c) Offices Building
d) Water Tank
e) Ware House Building
* Scope in this project is full design by ACI code ( foundation, cast in situ
beams, walls and columns )
