Our key responsibilities include, presents a fairly audit report to shareholders and owners, and conduct our audit in accordance with GAAS and reporting under SOCPA (Saudi Accounting Standards) & International Standards on Auditing (in process), review engagements, assurance engagements and related services,
• Planning and completing financial audits; identifying inadequate, inefficient, or ineffective internal controls; recommending improvements,
• Audit financial statements and assess accounts for accuracy and regulatory compliance,
• Inspect internal systems and controls,
• Report systematic errors and fraud indicators,
• Recognize the primary importance of internal control over financial reporting and for this reason our audit approach emphasizes risk management, IT assurance, data analytics and financial reporting.

Tasks at Americana :
(notice :all next tasks make for all Riyadh branch that consist of 140 store)
• Participate in preparing monthly P&L statement.
• Follow the daily company sales and review all deposit receipts of bank with cash report.
• Make sure that the daily sales revenues deposit in the bank from the store managers and check that in company bank account.
• Responsible for adjust the monthly sales with stores managers and make sales entries.
• Make daily sales report for all company.
• Compare the actual cost with theoretical cost to determine if the restaurants have any cost deviation.
• Record all daily invoices that come from suppliers to stores to make the adjustment at the end of each month with suppliers.
• Responsible for statement of account for suppliers.
• Make cheques for suppliers by adjusting statement of account for suppliers.
• Inventory all items in the company stores and make the report about any excess and shortage of items to avoid cost deviation.
• Handle the external purchase of stores and make more control about purchasing any item available in warehouse of company to avoid cost deviation.
• Responsible for all receiving document of items that enter on the warehouse balance.
• Review the prices and amount of items that receiving in warehouse from invoices that come from suppliers with (p.o) from purchasing department in the company.
• Make entries of receiving items in warehouse after pricing received amount to add to suppliers account statement.
• Follow the increase in items price with purchasing department to avoid the increasing in cost.
• Responsible for daily documents issue of items that send to restaurants (KFC, Hardees, TGI, Red Lobster, Long Horn, Krispy Kreme) to be more control about stores withdraws to avoid any cost deviation.
• Inventory all items in the company warehouses and make the report about shortage and excess.
• Manage the company assets by inventory all assets in stores monthly and follow the assets transfer between stores.
• Responsible for the monthly petty cash that transfer to store manger every month and be sure about expenses Subject to the regulations of the company.
• Transfer petty cash value to store manager account or make cash payment order after adjustment.
• Review the monthly salaries of the company.
• Responsible for the employee’s benefits for vacations or final exist (financial procedures only).
• Review overtime for the stuff (financial procedures only).
• Review monthly allowances for stuff.
• Make journal entries for company (expenses, revenues).
• Use oracle system.



 Work as accountant at Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) in (Arabian
Company for Projects and real Estate development).

• Handle customer’s installments for buy any unit.
• Settle all monetary procedures with customers to deliver their units.
• Collect deserved installments cash.
• Follow the customer to pay delay installment.
• Use SAP and oracle to get all monetary data about customers.
• Finish all previous procedures face to face customers or through telephone.
• Make sure that real estate sector balance same financial sector balance for any customer before deliver their units.
