•Checking to make sure that line is already installed then drilling wall prior to inserting master socket
•Connecting fibre network performing all tests required following all necessary procedures
•Finding faults, following lines and fixing installations
•Listening to customers to establish their requirements and successfully resolving any complaints
•Clearing away any rubbish or debris at end of jobs
Travelling throughout the UK collecting and delivering leased cars
•Appraising car for damage and ensuring that it had a MOT
•Contacting office to advise if car was not drivable
•Arranging for major repairs including liaising with companies to arrange collection of damaged vehicles
•Explaining any problems with cars to customers, gaining agreement and signatures on documentation
Filing, photocopying, scanning and archiving confidential documentation
