Evaluate and prepare additional claims and variations with all supported documents.

Preparing Tender and contract documents.
(Including Method statement, Project Organization Chart and Sub-Contractors List, Suppliers List, Plant and Equipment List)
Attending Site visit and Tender meeting due to date and reporting to manager.
Making Clarification about tender.
Preparing Taking off sheet & Bill of Quantity.
Preparing Request for Quotations (RFQ) for sub-contractor.
Evaluate and prepare additional claims and variations with all supported documents.
Checking the progress bills with client.
Prepare, review and check on going project in terms of financial status.
