Working in SITA project as an IT & Technical support Engineer for the CUTE system (Common User Terminal Equipment) in king abdulaziz International airport which include Check-In counters, Gates & BRS luggage control, ensuring a stable connection & system operation, updating & resolving incidents through a service hub application as if any delay occur might case critical issues for the airlines. Maestro application admin for creating, configuring & modifying flights.
Network administration, solving network & connectivity (LAN) issues, responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them & assisting the employees on all the software, hardware & Emails issues (Primary)
Translate the documents that come from the foreign companies and prepare them for further progress (Custom Clearance) & translate all official documents from English to Arabic & vice versa. Perform several tasks as per the management requirement. (first 6 months)
Working among a team in Maintaining and repairing PC's & Laptop's, Troubleshooting network issues. Negotiating with customers about the products we sell.
Answer telephone calls from customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
I'm a CCNA certified , as i have done the CCNA & CCNP course's in ZOOM Technologies, NetWorld's and Netmatrics Institute's in Hyderabad India. Have passed the 642-902 (ROUTE) Cisco exam , SWITCH & T-SHOOT exam's to be taken soon. MCITP , EXCHANGE SERVER, LINUX from ZOOM Technologies.
