• Provide day-to-day leadership and site supervision for Mission Critical Data Center construction and fit-out activities,
managing civil, architectural, interior fit-out, and MEP interface works within high-performance technical environments.
• Manage end-to-end Data Center fit-out execution, including raised access flooring systems, containment areas, technical
room finishes, modular partition systems, suspended ceiling systems, specialist finishes, and preparation to meet client
requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces between civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and public health systems,
ensuring seamless integration between structural works and critical MEP infrastructure.
• Support Data Center deployment strategies by managing construction sequencing, logistics planning, access control,
work permits, and phased fit-out activities aligned with commissioning requirements and Ready-for-Service (RFS)
milestones.
• Manage installation readiness and quality control for critical areas including server halls, electrical rooms, mechanical
rooms, UPS rooms, battery rooms, and supporting infrastructure spaces.
• Review and control material submittals, mock-ups, inspections, and quality benchmarks to ensure compliance with client
standards, project specifications, and Mission Critical facility requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance against approved programs, method statements, resource plans, and productivity
targets, identifying construction risks and implementing corrective actions to protect project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, international Data Center standards, and
client requirements throughout construction, fit-out, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Coordinate civil and architectural handover activities with MEP teams, supporting the transition from construction
completion to system testing, commissioning, integrated testing, and operational readiness.
• Prepare and analyze progress reports, productivity tracking, and performance assessments.

As a Senior Civil Engineer at ATIC Company, I gained valuable experience in the
construction and establishment of Commercial and Industrial Buildings, contributing to the
successful completion of several infrastructure projects. My role involved overseeing all
