Attending to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
Identifying what customers want.
Keeping retail areas in order by dusting, vacuuming, hanging and folding items neatly, and keeping the dressing rooms clear of clothing and clean.
Responsible for customer service by assisting customers in finding items, putting together outfits, placing items in a fitting room and answering questions.
Receiving stocks, and displaying items.

Handling properly and solve the customer’s requests and complains through faxes or phone through vantiv & BS program.
Receives and remedies customer complaints and grievances.
Records all calls in detail.
Receives request for new account service and account cancellation.
