I am responsible for supporting the Nedbank enterprise. i manage a number of toolsets responsible for Endpoint management, Remote Control, License management for the organisation.
part of my responsibility is also the automation and distribution of new software, upgrades, Microsoft Patches to various departments within the bank. I have attended a management programme NQF 5 (Completed). I am currently attending a middle management programme NQF 6 and will complete this by year end 2014.
I have completed a 4 year BTECH Degree in Information Technology at DUT(M L Sultan) to major in information systems and operations management. I am currently completing an NQF 6 qualification in management at the university of Pretoria.
