Duties Covered
• Developed and maintained comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies for construction projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
• Utilized Primavera P6 to create and manage project schedules, identifying critical paths, milestones, and dependencies to optimize project timelines.
• Collaborated with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate project activities, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks.
• Monitored project progress against the schedule, analyzing deviations and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Conducted regular risk assessments and developed mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
