META is the switchgear manufacturing company with a average turn-over of 100M SAR per year. META delivered LV/MV panels to main projects like Riyadh Metro, KAP, KAIA, Maaden Alum Mill, Rawad Plastics, SEC etc.
As a Quality In-Charge, my main Responsibilities will be below
1. Management Representative for the Quality Management Systems
2. Factory Inspection of all Low Voltage & Medium Voltage Switchboards and package substations.
3. Site commissioning & testing for LV, MV Switchboards and Package Substations.
4. Internal and External audit plan and execution
5. Planning of all the testing activities in factory and site.
6. Logic preparation & Programming of the PLC’s, Numerical/Protection relays, ATS & Synchronizing controllers, APFC Controllers.
7. Check the site issues or complaints and take the necessary corrective action.
8. Verification's of all drawings & BOM before proceeding to the assembly.
9. Attending Customer Inspections and clarify the customer doubts and issues.
10. Coordinate with the store supervisor for the quality control of all incoming materials.
11. To oversee all quality related issues and ensure standardization for the panel assembly department.
12. ERP software management for Quality clearance.
13. Quality Improvement activities.
14. To maintain all ISO & OHSAS related records.

Larsen & Toubro (ESE) is one of the largest Manufacturer of LV panels in India. With 3 manufacturing facility across country, L&T delivering the 1/3rd of the LV panel market

As a QA Engineer, my major responsibilities in L&T is as follows
1. Quality inspection of all types of Low Voltage Switchboards.
2. Testing and programming of numerical relays.
3. Quality inspection for all incoming materials and the same to be cleared in system through SAP.
4. Verification and checking of all documents, i.e., drawings, BOMs, etc., released for execution of works.
5. Ensure that all equipment and tools utilized conforms with the required calibrations and tests and proper applications of the same are followed.
6. Supervise inspections and test during the panel test processes and ensure that the procedures are properly followed.
7. Prepare QC and Test reports.
8. Conducting periodic training classes for all Employees and Vendors.
9. To Attend Customer Inspections and resolve non-conformance issues.
10. Coordinate with the production supervisor for the quality related issues.
11. Preparing monthly reports and taking Improvements and corrective actions.
