Job Description:
Review of client funding requests
Supervising and following up with clients on the funding forms of your client and legal documents
Attach all required client documents and send them to the Department for approvals.
Printing and reviewing funding contracts through the Oracle system before signing them from the client and ensuring that contracts and legal documents are scrutinized and reviewed.
Follow-up with management after signing contracts. Issuance of purchase orders for vehicle agencies.
Follow-up with vehicle agencies to ensure delivery to the client and supervision of all customer vehicles until the expiration of the contract.
Follow-up with insurance companies.
Management of vehicle assets from backup keys and issuance of letters to passer circuits to renew forms.
Issuance of letters and pledges of crisis required by management and clients
Job Description
Audit of financial statements, analysis of balance
sheets and income list. Follow-up the financial transactions with banks.
Follow up the work invoices and enter them on Smart Accounting system. Prepare the salaries.
Supervise all regular accounting processes such as A/P and Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.
Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.
Analyze and forecast financial requirements for organization. Supervise and ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in organization.
Monitor and implement all accounts payable check activation and wire transactions.
Assist departments in account reconciliation process on monthly basis. Monitor authorized account reconciliation process.
Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly.
